2018-01THE SVHC CANDIDATE LIST UPDATE TO 181 SUBSTANCES
15 Jan 2018, ECHA published Decision adding seven new substances of very high concern (SVHCs) to the Candidate List.The BPA entry was updated to reflect an additional reason for inclusion due to its endocrine disrupting properties causing adverse effects to the environment, for BPA is already listed on the Candidate List because the toxic for reproduction and endocrine disrupting properties , by now the SVHC Candidate List include total 18 batchs 181 substances.06
2018-03The 16th edition of the SS-00259 PUBLISHED
The sixteenth edition of the SS-00259 for general use was released on March 1, 2018. The new edition will be enforced on April 1, 2018. All the parts, materials, and other articles that are procured by the Sony group, or by third parties need to satisfy the criteria specified in this standard.14
2018-03ECHA LAUNCHES A PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON 8 POTENTIAL
ECHA has launched the public consultation on 8 proposals for substances of very high concern (SVHC) on 08 Mar 2018.The public consultation will be open for 45 days and will end on 23 Apr. 2018. Interested parties are invited to join the public consultation by posting their comments on the ECHA website. Substances passing the public consultation will become the nineteenth batch SVHC.16
2018-03THE STANDARD ACHIEVING MANAGEMENT CATALOGUE OF CHI
March 15, 2018, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People‘s Republic of China (MIIT) officially issued “The Standard Achieving Management Catalogue for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products” and “Exemption List for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances of the Standard Achieving Management Catalogue” ,the documents will take effective implementation in one year after from the issued date.
